1. Legal notice
This site currently works as an informational showcase for ATI Design: it presents the products, but purchases are completed on Etsy, where the seller information for that sale is displayed.
The contents of this website (text, images, product designs and branding) belong to ATI Design and may not be reproduced without permission. For any enquiry, you can write to atidesign.studio.contacto@gmail.com.
2. Privacy policy
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD):

What data we process and why
- Order data (name, shipping address, email): to prepare, ship and invoice your purchase. Legal basis: performance of the sales contract.
- Invoicing data: retained for the legally required tax periods (minimum 4 years).
- Email enquiries: to reply to you. Legal basis: your consent when contacting us.
Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. This site does not collect or store card details: they are entered directly into Stripe's secure gateway. You can read their privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
Recipients
Your shipping details are shared only with the carrier handling delivery. We do not pass data to third parties for commercial purposes, nor do we run personalised advertising.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to atidesign.studio.contacto@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
3. Terms of sale
Products and manufacturing
All products are made to order using 3D printing, in PLA or PETG-CF depending on the product (stated on each item's spec sheet). As these are handmade layer by layer, small cosmetic variations (layer lines, filament shade) may occur; these do not affect functionality and are not considered defects.
Prices
Prices shown include VAT. Shipping costs are shown before checkout and depend on the destination (Spain, France or Germany).
Timescales
Manufacturing: 2–4 working days from payment confirmation. Shipping: 2–3 working days within mainland Spain; 4–7 days to France and Germany.
Right of withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason, under Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. To do so, write to atidesign.studio.contacto@gmail.com stating your order number. The item must be returned unused and in suitable condition. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense. Refunds are issued within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the return, using the same payment method.
Warranty
Products carry the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity provided under Spanish consumer law. If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us with photos and we'll resolve it with a replacement or refund.
Use and care
The pieces are not dishwasher safe and should not be exposed to heat sources (prolonged direct sun, radiators, vehicle interiors in summer). Clean by hand with warm water and mild soap. Failure to follow these instructions may warp the piece and is not covered by the warranty.
4. Cookie policy
This website does not use first-party or third-party cookies for analytics or advertising. No tracking tools are installed.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when the page loads. If analytics tools are added in future (for example, visitor statistics), this policy will be updated and consent will be requested via a banner.
